Instructions:
Loosen the fastening nut first;
Press the spring pin and hold the crutch armrest up and down to adjust the height;
If the spring pin does not pop-up fastening bolt hole?you have to move up and down right and left a small margin so that it can pop up;
Tighten the fastening nut;
